To sum things up, I have a really bad quality Topower PSU. It is 650W, but everyone keeps telling me it's garbage and it will hurt my GPU, so I've got to get a new one.
The GPU I got is a EVGA GeForce GTX 770. 2GB GDDR5, SuperClocked.

My motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-Z77-D3H.

I'm wondering what the cheapest quality PSU is, as I don't have much money to spare at the moment.

I guess the biggest question I have is: can I use my current PSU?
Thanks and merry Christmas!

I'd get a XFX, Seasonic or Corsair PSU rated atleast 600w. They are quality brand, I've used them for ages now. A corsair CX600M is an excellent semi-modular PSU that would fit your build.

I can't find out if that PSU has enough 6+2 and 6 pin connectors for the GPU. Where could I find this info? It's not on their site, unless I'm blind.

It has 2 6-pins and 1 8-pin, more than enough for a single 770.

Okay. And it will work with my motherboard?

Yes, practically any computer PSU will work with any motherboard.
