Got a New Graphics card Replacement from Nvidia Having Trouble

Well, I had a problem when I start up a game it goes to black screen but the computer is still on so it turns out it might of been my graphics card so I decided I should turn it back in for a replacement or a new one I orginally had the GTX 760 and I got the GTX 960 as a Replacement and I still got the same problem I start up a game boom black screen no matter what game mincraft or anything it goes straight to black screen. So I decided to see the inside of my computer and at start up the fans spin and then they shut down and the gpu fan start like if theyre twitching like if there not getting enough power or something. So I was wondering could it be my motherboard or my PSU. Because everything works ecxept that specific port, I have also tried and see if my cpu integrated graphics worked for minecraft and it worked perfectly, So I don't know whats going on I have installed the latest drivers and everything No idea what is going on can anyone confirm on whether its my mobo or PSU? Or maybe something else.

PSU: Corsair CX 750 watt
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB

Also make sure any additional power cables are connected to the graphics card Also make sure that the monitor cable is the correct cable and that it is plugged into the correct video output and input.. Also try unplugging both power and monitor cables to allw the monitor to reset.

It's basically black screen of death when I start up a game with my gpu I just got this replacement though with Nvidia cause i was getting the same thing so im not sure what could be the problem

The first thing I would try (it often works) is to reseat all of the RAM sticks. That entails removing each one at a time, cleaning the contacts, blowing out the slot, and reinstalling.

If you do not have a case speaker (or one that you can borrow) get one. They are very important in diagnosing motherboard issues (an LED diagnostic display works too). The beep code can often times point out the problem in minutes.

What is the exact make and model of the motherboard?

Go through the check lists. Are the fans spinning? Are the motherboard LEDs on? Are there any red LEDs on?

Do you have a spare power supply that you can switch out?

Did you even bother to read my whole post? Anyways this is solved, turns out it was my PSU not having enough power to run the gpu so it black screened while gaming thanks anyways guys.
