So i have a Kingston hyperx fury 8gb 1866mhz, and i got another one (same model and everything)

each one work with no problem, but when i try to put both together the PC doesn't boot!! so how to fix this?

updated BIOS but still same problem

i have Asus h81-gamer motherboard

note: when searching i found someone say that enabling xmp fixed the problem, but for me that option is always disabled and can't find out how to enable it

Mixing and matching RAM does not always work. Even if you buy RAM of the same model. This is why RAM is sold in kits and not individual sticks.

The h81 chipset does not support overclocking of the RAM. This is why you can enable XMP. It is not supported.

just one last thing, from the bios i disabled channel B, and the MB booted with both ram, and windows read that there are 16gb ram (but only 8 usable) so since the motherboard read the ram so that means the problems is bent pins?

Doesn't mean anything. You disabled 1 channel while you had ram in both, so half usable.
