Got a refund on my gtx 970, What gpu to buy for $400?

I'm wondering what would be a good GPU to get for $400 that has good overclocking abilities and that would not hold back my rig. Thanks again.

- i5 3570k oc to 4.4ghz
- z77x-up5-th-cf
- psu xfx 750w
- 2x4 1600mhz ram

Depends on where you live. For instance in the US you would not need to OC this card.

Go for the new gtx 1070. Everything is fine with your specs otherwise.

There are no issues at all. The graphic card belongs to the new pascal lineups from nvidia which are really great!
