Got finish upgrading Samsung Tab 4 SM-T337A to Lollipop 5..1.1 and th.e WIFI button wont stay on. Even on Safe Mode

Was it an actual upgrade, that came through the devices settings, or was this something you installed yourself meaning the device was rooted? If it is the second one, then you may have messed up the device or installed a problematic version.

If it is the first one, try restarting the tablet and see if it works after that.
