Question Got new pc but by frame drop

So i got my pc 4 weaks ago
spec:Ryzen 5500
Aorus GeForce RTX 3060 elite
1TB ssd
16gb ddr4 ram.
144hz
First 10 days i was playing God of War on high setting 100-110 fps stable and couple days after i notice my fps drop from stable 100 to 70 ,but i try other games like Black Ops 3 same thing i got stable 144fps then boom droop on 60 70 for 3 sec and back on 144.I thought mybe i didnt update drivers but and after update same thing is happening...Idk what to thing if you can help please help

but it runs just fine when i got it idk what happen but i saw someone say 750 and more its perfect for this pc but thanks for help
