Question Got new psu but has same problem.

I got a new psu. It is better and more expensive. 80+ certified. And it makes the same noise the old one made with a very slow and noisy fan.
Cannot be the psu because it is new. Whats the probability of it having the same problem?
So i guess its the mb.
I also replaced the vc from rx 560 to rx 580 and it also has the same problem the old one had, pixelated bios splash screen and videos and some games too.
I semifixed it with an option in the drivers software to get better image. So videos now look nice but bios splash screen is still pixelated and random black screens still happen. It seems even a bus passing outside provokes the black screens.
Hdmi cable got replaced several times. Vc has been replaced. Psu has been replaced (old one burned with one day with the new vc).
Should I just replace the mb too? Or how do I fix this slow and noisy fan in the psu.

Old model is azteck integra z600 es-05003.

New one is raiden series 650 mod. Yfr-46201 80+ bronze semi modular.

And the npise it makes is not normal is way to loud, like struggling. Old one made the same noise and sometimes moving it a little bit fixed, sometimes it didnt. That started happening after 2 years of use. So I know its not normal noisee and not normal fan speed, like struggling.
This one is new and cables are well connected. I have the 24 pins the 8 for mb the 8 for vc, 1 ssd 1 hdd and the dvd unit, and some fans in the gabinet.

Never heard of it, and i know loads of PSUs, both good and crap ones. With this, i'd say this is also crap and no wonder why it blew up.

Most likely fan bearing went bad, hence the noise. Still, not an excuse since it blew up.

Yeyian Raider? With fancy RGB fan? If so, i haven't heard of it either and i'd say it isn't any better of what you previously had.

Also, wasn't able to find ANY review of your RGB doorstep. That is a really bad sign.
PSUs are guilty until proven innocent; you need reasons to buy a PSU, not reasons to reject a PSU.

You can cheap out on every other component inside the PC except PSU. Since PSU powers everything, it is the most important component inside the PC. Also, while the PSU warranty covers the PSU itself and you can RMA the blown PSU, the PSU warranty doesn't cover any other component the PSU fried.

Most people learn the hard way not to cheap out on a PSU when low quality PSU blows and takes part of the system or the whole system with it. Even entire houses have been burned down because of the fire low quality PSU caused when it blowed up.

Like it or not, if you want your PC to work for years to come without any risk of fire and/or damage to your components, you need to hand out some money for good quality PSU. I'm not talking that you need to go with the best PSU money can buy, e.g Seasonic PRIME 650 (80+ Titanium), which costs $350+ (and which also powers my Skylake build). There are cheaper but still good quality 650W PSUs out there, like Seasonic Focus or Corsair RM/RMi/RMx-series, which would be more than enough for your PC, both wattage and build quality wise.

PSU reliability can not be measured by the 80+ certification it has. PSU efficiency has almost 0 to do with how good of a PSU it is. Instead, reliability can be seen from the warranty length it has been given.

In a nutshell (warranty in years):
up to 2 years - terrible reliability
3 years - poor reliability (e.g Corsair VS/CS)
5 years - mediocre reliability (e.g Seasonic G12, Corsair CX/CXF)
7 years - good reliability (e.g Seasonic Core/Focus GM, Corsair TX/AX)
10 years - great reliability (e.g Seasonic Focus GX/PX, Corsair RMx/HX/HXi/AXi)
12 years - superb reliability (e.g Seasonic PRIME)

I doubt the 80 Plus certificat is legit.
Seems to be another junk unit.
