Hello, I've been streaming on twitch for a few months now and these are my specs for my pc and streamlabsOBS . Underneath that is the issue at hand that I don't know how to fix.
CPU: i9-9900k
GPU: GeForce RTX 2070 Super
RAM: 32GB
Monitors:
Elgato Stream Deck
Logitech C922 video camera
Twitch Settings: Using StreamLabs OBS
Base Canvas: 2560x1440
Output: 1920x1080
Downscale filter: Lanczos
FPS value: 60fps
Encoder: Hardware (NVENC)(new)
Rate Control: CBR
Bitrate: 6500
Preset: Max Quality
Profile: high
Tune: psycho visual tuning
GPU: 0
Max B-frames: 2
Process Priority: Above Normal
Bind to IP: default
Dynamic changing bitrate when dropping frames is checked.
Enable new networking code and low latency mode are both unchecked.
I can play most games without any issues of stuttering or frame loss. But games like Trackmania 2020 and Elden Ring continue to give me issues. I looked at task manager and the GPU was at 100% and it was being used by my browser, obs, and streamlabs desktop... that's it, nothing for the game. And my cpu was the one powering the game. With the only way to run the game smoothly was to close everything but streamlabs and the game which is very inconvenient considering the power of my pc
I use ethernet with a download speed of 111Mbps and an upload speed of 11.1Mbps.
