Question GPU 3080ti shows 0 clock and 0 memory clock on using

I have just updated my MB’s bios and I have noticed a lag when I open games.
I have noticed my hand ware monitors stop showing clock usage and the temperature stays at idle.
The clock and memory is stays at —(0) mhz for all programs or games I open.
so far I have tried to uninstall and clean-install the drive. Flashing vbios. Roll back to original MB bios, nothing works.

uninstall hardware monitor, reinstall latest version
to have a look what the problem could be:
