Hello guys I have a GTX 960 2GB and a AMD FX 6350 CPU cooled by a hyper 212 evo, with 2 fans in the front sucking in air and one fan in the rear as an exhaust fan and one fan on the top rear as an exhaust fan.
My computers idle temps are about 38C on the GPU and 40C on the CPU,
while gaming the GPU goes all the way to about 60C and CPU 55C.
I was expecting the temperatures to be lower as the amount of cooling and airflow in the case is above average.
Im wondering what the cause of this is or if it's normal, in my eyes I believe many people would consider this normal but to me it doesn't feel right.
The room temperature it's in is standard room temperature maybe even colder.
I'd really appreciate some help.

P.S When playing games like H1Z1 the card lags at even high settings so I'm wondering if this is temperature related or i just got a bad card.

Thank you in advance.

Your temps are fine that game is the problem not optimized and probably will run like dog due when the game is finished.
Their nothing wrong with your PC it's just that game.
