Question Gpu and Front Audio Distortion Relation?

Hi,

I've just build a new pc. Some parts are from my previous build and having a weird issue. The case front panel audio is distorted BUT the distortion sound is almost disappear if I decrease the GPU power from %100 to %10.

The question is which one is faulty part? Mobo or GPU or Case? The mobo is faulty in my opinion. Should I RMA it?

New build parts:
5950x
MSI x570 Unify
Arctic Liquid Freezer 360
2x Samsung pro 980 SSD
Lian Li O11 Dynamic XL Rog

Old parts from previous build:
Seasonic 850W Gold
G.Skill Trident RGB 4x8gb Sticks
Gigabyte 3090 Xtreme
Same headphones

The new build is 5 days old. My old system has no sound issues like this.

Any ideas?

did you clean install windows?

Have you got latest bios for motherboard? Not sure if it would help but maybe.

Windows is clean install and 5 days old. First time installed to a new SSD.

Bios updated to latest version.

I let the windows install sound drivers but I'll check the realtek drivers.
