Hello! I'm very sorry for the really stupid questions I am not that smart and you will know why after reading this,

For the past couple of years I have been using my I9 11900k everything was good but as the years went by I noticed frame drops, lag and blue-screens and Decided it was time for a upgrade I deiced on The AMD ryzen 7 5800x as not much of a improvement just did what I wanted it to do with gaming and general pc usage, but after installing it was giving me the same problems if not worse than my i9 11900k after a few days of lag stuttering I decided to swap back to my intel cpu and the performance is so much worse... If anyone can help out or give me insight on what to do or to try I am at my witts end

The problem I am facing is While gaming using steam or just tabbing out to discord the lag is unbearable I can't click scroll hover over stuff with the mouse All things I could do before I cannot do now, My girlfriend has same cpu as the Amd ryzen 7 5800x and I decided to go with hers as I have terrible luck with cpus She has a stock cooler while I have a water aio and the cooling was terrible! aboout 85-90c thermal trottling I thought it was doing after undervolting it or just removing the overclock I was getting the same laggy issue while the cpu was at 55-60c

If anyone has anyidea on what I should do or try I'm pulling my hair out.. if I missed anything or have any questions please ask

Reset the BIOS to the default settings and see how the PC runs. If you still have problems, reinstall Windows from a USB stick.

If, having done all that, your PC is still giving you problems, we should start thinking about replacing it.

He HAS replaced it but still share some common parts. By OP telling they have also done clean OS install each time.
