Hello, I just created my 1st Build (Hardwares/components were installed by the techs). My Job was to install the OS (Windows 8.1 Pro)

So Here's my spec s

CPU - AMD vishera FX-6300 3.5Ghz
GPU - Sapphire R9 270X Vapor-X 2GB 384bit OC edition
MoBo - GA-78LMT-S2 (rev. 1.1) <-- MoBo sucks (I lack the Budget)
RAM - G.Skill RipJawsX 8GBx1 1600Mhz Cl9
HDD - WD Caviar Blue 1TB
Case - Cougar Volant MidTower Casing
PSU - Cougar SL 600W
ODD - I don't remember XD

So I will narrate my experience inorder for y'all to understand the problem

I was going to install Win8.1 pro via Optical drive but my CD was only and upgrade thingy(not bootable) so I downloaded a pirated win7 (USB boot) and later I installed 8.1. after the installation I checked Dxdiag but the GPU wasn't recognized( it only said on the display tab Basic VGA adapter, The contents were Reso:800x600 1Hz) so I said to myself I think i should install the drivers 1st.

SO I 1st installed my MoBo Driver( via CD from the package). After the installation it required a reboot. when i Rebooted Suddenly theres a message in the BIOS

"An operating system wasn't found. Try Disconnecting any drives that don't contain and Operating System
Press Ctrl+ alt+del to restart"

So I restarted like 3Times. After that I decided to go back from the start(Installing the OS via USB BOOT) but it didn't worked. I tried accessing the Bios Setup but it doesnt work(i cant open the bios setup)

I would highly of not recommended downloading the "Pirated" windows 7 as most of them contain virus that infect your files.
Check the cables are securely plugged into the drive.
If not then I would recommend reformatting it and make sure you download the ISO from Microsoft's official website (they do provide them)
Hope this helps!
