Question Gpu and ram memory spikes when playing a low resource game

Hi, so I usually play Roblox( a low resource game), and well it used to run well the fans were silent, the GPU usage wasn't that much (like 26-36%) and the ram frequency clock stayed at 1500-2500MHz and the GPU temps around 35 but suddenly 3 days ago I noticed a HUGE change in the temps (it got 45, 40 playing the same game) and both GPU usage and the frequency clock for the ram spiked to 7500Mhz, increasing also the temperature for about 8°C, please I beg for help
Specs:
-motherboard: asus rog strix b450-f
-graphics card: ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 3060 Twin Edge OC
-Cpu: ryzen 5 3600
-ram: Corsair Vengeance Lpx Kit /16gb(2x8)/ddr4 3200
And for cooling, I got 3 fans at the front pulling air in the PC, one at the back to get out the hot air, and 2 above to make more cool air enter the pc.

the image below was taken playing the same game, I would spec this kind of temps from I don't know a AAA game? but Roblox?
