Question GPU and RAM RGB changes to red pulses after Windows 11 has loaded ?

Helllo, wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or can point me at the right question.
RGB originally was rainbow-ish, replaced the RAM and now it flashes red after loading windows 11
My new build was having crashes so I ran memtest86 and found errors on one of 4 gskill ddr5, Did an RMA and got the
replacements. Ran the tests on all new ram individually and combined and it all cleared.
now its developed red pulse that is synced with my GPU, I cant help think this is some kind of warning sequence but cant find
information about it anywhere.
I can't enable xmp and get this to boot. So I have been running the bios at default settings (nothing overclocked, except the gpu from the factory)
The crashes occur when I run all 4 sticks but not when I run 2,
Thought it might be a power issue, but when using pc builder with these components it said minimum was 750w, so my 1000w psu should cover it.

Thanks after reading this I see you're correct. I wasn't running xmp when I was waiting for the RMA on two of the 4 sticks.
I have since given up trying to run 4 sticks, too many crashes even with default settings. No issues at all with 2 sticks.
Might re visit if they update my bios, or windows 11 can sort out the conflicts.
