Question GPU arohnd 50-80% usage in high usage games (like apex legends)

My games usually are able to run at 120fps, simce I have a ryzen7 3700x and a rtx 3060. my temperatures fine, and ive checked on settings that make it have lower latency. Recently my games have 50-80fps while running. I have 2 16 gig sticks of ram(corsair vengence) and two dummy rams of he same brand(rgb kit). Can it be that all my usb slots are used(affecting power supply?), the fact im using two monitors, or am i missing something?

No. And the usage in dual monitors is measly, the second monitor runs 2d graphics, the game on the primary monitor is 3d graphics, massively different. The igpu could run whatever on the second monitor and not break a sweat.

More than likely it's malware or driver issues with recent updates. Could even be a game update itself. There's multiple games that started out great, but not long after they initiated anti-cheat software and introduced enough bugs and other BS that fps went in the toilet. PUBG was well known for that.
