so i just got a new system. the specs are an i7 3770, 32gb ram ddr3 1600, 2x gtx 970(now only one as you can see), and a 1000w powersupply from corsair.
so i got the system updated windows and everything seemed to be going just fime until BAM, it artifacts for a split second, restarts and artifacts happen everywhere and it is in a boot loop. the funny thing is the cards work just fine in a different system. both cards were run through a full stress test and nothing happens.
my motherboard is the z77x-up7 so i have 4 slots hooked to the plx chip onboard and no graphics cards work in those slots. there is a direct x16 slot that i am using and it works great. i am wondering if the drivers for mobo are bad or if mobo is dead.
also both cards work on driver 353.62 but i cant enable sli. if one card on direct pcie slot works with any driver
