I've been having a strange issue with my computer the past months.
When i first bought my GPU (R9 270 hawk) i sometime got artifacts on my screen but since it would happen maybe once every 2-3 weeks i didn't pay much attention to it. Then after about 8-9 months my problems started
First it started having random resets, this would happen either when playing games or when browsing the web. After disabling the windows restart on system failure the resets stopped for about 1-2 months and then i started having problems with the signal.. the screen would go black and display a "no signal" message 2-3 times a day but everything could still be heard working in my pc. If a forced a restart it would sometimes give me a one long three short beeps error, which would resolve itself after a few restarts...
At some point these restarts would happen roughly once every hour. Since my pc is covered by guarantee i took it to the store i bought it but even after letting it run for an entire day running a polygon heavy presentation in 3ds max and a random game in UE4 with a ton of dynamic lights (which was what i was doing causing the hourly freezes) they couldn't reproduce the issue. Upon returning home i tried removing the power outlet (i had one of those multisocket voltage safe outlets can't recall the english word sorry) and plugging it directly to the wall which seemed to fix the issue. Now it might happen only if someone fiddles with the wires under the desk (to clean for example) But the artifacts still persist and appear on heavy load usually (Witcher 3 on ultra or running photorealistic programs in UE4)
By chance i was running a monitor software today and noticed my GPU voltage fluctuates randomly from 1,163V to ~0,900.
Any help would be greatly appreciated since i'm on my wits end. Thanks in advance for your time!
Additional Info Edit: My PSU is a corsair TX750M so unless its broken i doubt it could be the cause and the pc has an I7 -920 core and 12GBs of RAm and the mobo is Asus P6T rev 1.01g
