Yo guys,
Recently ive been playing fortnite on my pc with nvidia highlights on. It was all normal but recently my geforce experience crashed so I thought that was normal and just restarted my pc. Then when I was playing my game started to get these weird artifacts and eventually stops and the game crashes. Ive monitored my gpu temp and it was getting those artifacts and crashes at around 79degrees( which i find it not normal as I normally get this temp when im playing fortnite at fps uncapped)

EDIT: i tried on other games where i can normally play at high settings. Same problem. Cause artifacts and crashes.

So i started to uninstall and reinstall my nvidia drivers. After installation i restarted my pc and i get this weird artifacts and my driver was installed but theres no option for me to change resolution to 1920x1080 only has the 1024x768 and i got these weird white line artifacts surrounding my windows logo.

Attempted to restart a few times but still the same. Now i cant even game at all.

Gtx 760 msi
Asrock h97 pro4
Cm g550m 80plus bronze
8gb ddr3 ram
Windows 10

What is the problem here ? Is my gpu actually dead?

Ahh that sucks 🙁. I tried to open my afterburner but no luck the gpu isnt even detected. Guess a new one will solve this. But do u think my psu has anything to do with the gpu dying ? Just to be safe and sure
