Question GPU at 0%, blank screen but on

I am not sure if this is the correct forum.

Occasionally, on boot the monitors are on but no windows. The mouse works. I can ctrl+alt+delete and get to task manager. When i view performance, the GPU is at 0% usage.

Where should i start trouble shooting.

Thermaltake have a number of PSU's with 850W on their sticker under the Toughpower series, which unit do you have and how old is the unit?

You'll notice that BIOS version F15e is non existent, it's either that it was found to be unstable/faulty and was pulled from the support site. I'd advise that you reflash the BIOS to the latest F18d and clear CMOS then see if that helps alleviate the issue.

Could also be a driver/OS corruption. Can you get into Safe Mode without a hitch?
