Question GPU backplate screws keeps spinning

These 2 spring screws are stuck on my GPU, They just keep spinning, their head is not stripped. Please someone provide me a solution, I have to repaste my card
GPU: Sapphire Nitro RX 570 4GB

I'm having a tough time trying to locate the GPU with that SKU, the least you could do is state the exact model for your AMD powered Sapphire discrete GPU.

As for the screw rotating within the hole, have you tried tightening to see if the screw threads aren't stripped?

Are they both missing the spring? It looks like it in the picture.

But the SKU of RX 470s start from 11256, and of 570s start from 11266. But the thing is, I can't find this particular SKU anywhere on the internet 11266-11

did you try it like in the video? should be very equal even if not identical
