Question GPU Backwards compatibility question (Radeon RX 6600 Core x ASRock B360 Pro4)

planning to do a full budget build later this year but i will start ordering the parts one by one and i need to know if i can use a XFX Speedster SWFT 210 AMD Radeon RX 6600 Core with my ASRock B360 Pro4 motherboard for the time being. Will the pci-e 4.0 x8 work with a 3.0 x16 slot? Any help would be much appreciated (if i missed any incompatibility please correct me thanks!)

PCI-E is backwards compatible, so it will work.
