Help about deciding what gpu to buy
My build -
Ryzen 5 1600
Asus Prime b350M - K
8gb Crucial ddr4 2400mhz
500w EVGA B
thermaltake view 27
Its a huge market disaster with gpu in Serbia so I have two choices
GTX 1050ti 200 $ - 240 $

Or GTX 1060 3gb for 310$ to 360 $

2 questions
- Does 100$ worth for 1060 3gb?
- Does it matter which model ( Asus, msi, gigabyte, zotac)?
Playing pubg, rainbow six siege, maybe sometime some AAA game. Last card was Radeon 6570 1gb gddr3.
Thanks!

Solution

Budget build and $300 GPU don't exactly go along. The 1060 3gb was a great value at $190 2 weeks ago but not at $300 for that a 1050Ti is all I would recommend since you can still find them under $200 and then wait for the next batch of cards to be released.
I would recommend you get the 6 GB version of the GTX 1060. Ive heard a few people unsatisfied with the performance of the 3 GB version. Also go for an MSI, ASUS or GIGABYTE model. Personally MSI is my first choice. And if your not very experienced with overclocking then look for a super clocked model.

Well if your left with no other choice and don't want to save any longer then go with the GTX 1060 3 GB, playing pubg you'll get an average of 120 fps and a low of 90. R6 you'll get an average 100 with medium settings so you'll be fine. Its a good entry card to get going. The market is really screwed right now ive noticed the price increase and nearly everything is sold out. So id say either save for a bit longer or get the 1060 3 gb. The 1060 3gb performance is a lot better than the 1050ti.

Not sure where your getting those numbers from a 1080TI wont hold 120fps in Pubg how do you expect a 1060 3gb to do so? I wouldn't expect GPU prices to drop for 2-3 months or unless China or South Korea out right Ban or Regulate Crypto mining soon, even talking about that shock the value by a massive amount nearly overnight.

I dont think they ganna drop at all. When new batch comes in, pascal or rx600, those new cards may be the cheapest thing on the market. Not sure about what he was saying about PUBG but on youtube benchmarks and gameplays, I didnt see above 70fps with 10603gb (Best case scenario)

Update -
Bought 1050ti Gigabyte 4gb oc Windforce
Overclocked Ryzen to 3.8, ram to 2993, and GPU core clock to about 1550mhz, memory clock to 7500.. Runs PUBG high on 60-70 fps, and ultra on 40-50. Good enough for me!
