GPU burning up

My GPU seems to run really hot (Like around 100 degrees celcius) but the weird thing is, it only does this on certain games. Dragon Age Inquisition never seems to overheat, but something like Battlefield Hardline or Warthunder (High) it does. Any idea why?

MSI 7950 3GB gddr5 xfire
8gb ram
850W PSU

Well Hardline could be the result of running an un-optimized beta... Perhaps reinstall your drivers, otherwise your card might be dusty?

100 celcius seems hot; even for AMD.

Well on idle the temps are a regular 30-40 degrees.

Well I figured out the problem, for some reason my GPU fan speed DEACREASES while temp increases, any idea why?
