Question GPU cable problems (Especially 2 pin)

Hello, i have this computer for around 2-3 weeks, and the last week or so, after shutting down and unplugging, every 2 days or so when i wake up the computer wouldnt work, but after i fiddled with the gpu cables, it will get back working. Now these started happening pretty much everyday, and around 10 minutes ago, while the pc was being used. And i realised the 2 pin doesnt go all the way in. Its likely the culprit, and when unplug-replugging, the cpu and other stuff started to work ( the 2 pin wasnt plugged). I wonder if its fried, or just because the power werent enough.

By the way the mouse is still lit after shutting down, is that an indicator of another potential psu problem?
