GPU Causing Blue Screen! need help!

ok so this computer is about a week old i just built it. the first few days everything was fine, now the last 2 days when im playing a game (H1Z1 or CG:GO) my game randomly crashes and it says "AMD Catalyst has stopped working" after that when i try to re-launch the game the computer crashes and i get the blue screen . and when i reboot everything seems to be fine and i can play the games again. please help me thanks.

GPU: Sapphire R9 280x
OC'ed: No
 
Gigabyte z97x Gaming 5 Mobo
i5 4690k
8GB ripjaws
EVGA 220-GS-0650-V1 80 PLUS GOLD 650W
Sapphire R9 280x TriX Vapor Cooled

and yes i have the newest drivers i just checked.

You can use this to check http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/

Try install driver once again but first:

Use this http://www.guru3d.com/content-page/guru3d-driver-sweeper.html
And follow instruction :
Use the official uninstaller(s) of the driver(s) you want to uninstall.
Reboot your PC in Safe Mode.
Run Driver Sweeper and select what to clean.
Analyse lists all the entries possible to remove, cleaning removes the entries selected.
Reboot to normal mode.
Install fresh drivers.
 
here is what it said when my computer restarted i couldnt get a pic of the actually blue screen because it reset so fast. thanks for the help!
