Question GPU Choice: RTX 2060 vs RX Vega 64 vs GTX 1070

Okay, so I've been stumped on which card should I choose for my gaming build (1080p 60Hz). My local supplier is a censored and offers me these three cards at a relatively similar price:
1: MSI AMD Radeon RX Vega 64 AIR Boost 8G OC (one with the reference design and the blower fan)
2: MSI GeForce RTX 2060 GAMING Z
3: Inno3D GeForce GTX 1070 Jet.

As far as raw performance goes, Vega 64 looks more preferable, but many people claim problems with overheating as it's a reference design and mostly bought for liquid cooling. I could go RTX 2070 or, god forbid, GTX 1080 Ti, but those are ridiculously expensive and I'm afraid I don't have that much (the three cards' prices at my supplier hover around $500 while the 2070 and 1080 Ti go for 650 and 850 respectively)

Any of those cards would be plenty for 1080P/60hz so there's really no reason to consider the 2080/1080 ti. As for which one to go with I'd probably get the MSI RTX 2060 as it should run fairly cool compared to the Vega 65 & outperforms the 1070 a bit.

Well, Vega 64 is the most powerful GPU here, without a doubt. However, blower cooler for such a power hungry card is never ideal for gaming. And to get the optimal performance out of Vega 64 and the unreliable drivers, you have tweak and work on the card for a bit. If I were you, I'd just get the RTX 2060 because it's pretty much good to go in plug n play.

$500 in US dollars ? I guess that's because it's Gaming Z. Does your supplier have versions like MSI Ventus or Gigabyte WF2? That should be between $350-400.
