Gpu clock and memory clock stuck

Got a gtx 1070, noticed that my clock speed is stuck at 1632 all the time not increasing or decreasing, also the memory clock is stuck at8014 again not increasing or decreasing, this is during 100% load or 0% load, tried messing around with Gpu tweak still no use, any idea what's going on?

Update to the latest version of the monitoring software, and also latest driver for the GPU too. You can use MSI afterburner to monitor, and/or HWmon in the backround to watch other hardware metrics that might help diagnose the issue.

I used cam and asus gpu tweak, both gave off the same readings, though fluctuations in fan speed and temps

Are both the most up to date versions? Drivers/Bios?

It's likely a software glitch.

Cam auto updates, gpu tweak maybe abit out of date, will recheck both when i am off work, any other software i should try?

Start with those, and monitor temps. Post a screenshot here, so we can have a look.
