Question GPU clocks dropping

Hi, I have a Lenovo Yoda 530 with mx130 GPU which should run at 1110 MHz but when I'm entering a game, it starts to run on 1110 but after few seconds it drops to 888 Mhz or even 440. Any ideas?
No power limit.
Drivers updated.
CPU: i5 8250U
RAM: 8GB
Temperatures on GPU are around 60C.
I'm even using a cooling pad but it doesn't help.

How does the game run?
The GPU may be down-clocking if it's not being stressed.
