Hi all.
Something pretty disappointing has happened. While using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2014 today, I noticed this strange buzzing sound coming from my computer. I believe it is coil whine from the GPU as it does not occur when the computer is idling or in fact when I play Borderlands 2 or Minecraft. It only seems to occur when I am moving around video elements onscreen in Premiere, as the noise corresponds with my mouse movements. The card is an Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 2GB.
So my actual questions are:
1. Is this is from the GPU not PSU
2. Should I lodge a warranty claim
3. Is this a major issue as it only (to my knowledge) occurs in one application
I urgently need help as the warranty of the card lapses in around 4 weeks. Here is a link to the sound of the card: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5TzsMVh9nOg
