GPU comparison (help)

so i was gonna but the msi r9 380 4 gb edition and i was scrolling and saw the Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 XTREME GAMING 4GB GDDR5 (GV-N970XTREME-4GD) + Tom Clancy's The Division Bundle
so which is better my cpu is fx 8370
ram : 8
PSU : seasonic 620 w
motherboard : msi 970 gaming

The R9 380 is about on par with a GTX 960 the 970 will give much better performance thus the higher price.

the gtx970 is a better card

you would need a 390 to beat the 970

Yes and you power supply if fine for the GTX 970.
