GPU compatibility issue

Thanks for the response, popatim! I'm asking the question because virtually any game I run (and even sitting on the desktop), I will get a black screen saying "display driver has crashed...", or, it will just freeze in general. Could it be a problem with the CPU, motherboard, and GPU?

System specs are:
i5-3470 @3.2GHz
GTX 750 Ti Black Edition
Asus H61M-A
8 GB ram

Are you on the latest bios (1104) ?
Did you have another gpu previously (you might need to run driver sweeper to clear all the old stuff out and reinstall the new one again)
Did you install all the windows drivers from your mothebrd's support site? (https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/H61MA/HelpDesk_Download/)

Yes, yes, and more yes. I've updated the drivers on the card, motherboard, Windows is up to date...also uninstalled the card software and reinstalled, wiped the HD and clean installed everything, and I forgot to mention...this is my THIRD card (same model) that I've exchanged out for from Gigabyte/nVidia. I'm at a complete loss as to what to do. I've even had repair shops look at it, and they too have no idea.

I'm getting close to pulling an "Office Space" and taking it into my back yard and smashing it to pieces.

What OS are you on? If it's 10, it's likely windows has installed the driver it thinks you need (which might be older, or BETA) that's causing the conflict.

You can turn off the hardware driver auto-updates (http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-2763685/stop-windows-automatically-updating-device-drivers.html) but then the onus is on you to update it thereafter.

I'm still on the good ol' fashioned Windows 7 Home Premium...
