The best your GPU can do is 1920x1200 for a resolution. https://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/R7240OC4GD3L/specifications/ Since that monitor is a higher resolution that that, you will need a different GPU to be able to use it.

Maximum HDMI resolution:	4096 x 2160
Maximum VGA resolution:	2048 x 1536

so via HDMI cable will not work too ?

According to Asus' own documentation, no.
DVI Max Resolution : 1920x1200
Digital Max Resolution:1920x1200

You can try it and see if it will work at 3840x1200 resolution. If it doesn't then you for sure need a new card.

Currently my windows display settings rezolution which I use is 3840x2160.
