GPU compatible with motherboard, psu

So i have the following specs:
- AMD phenom II 1055t
- GT 630 GPU
- rs-400 dr PSU
- Gigabyte M68MT-D3P

I would like to replace the GT 630 with a GTX 1050 but will the PSU be enough and will it fit on my motherboard ?

I'm trying to keep it low budget
