GPU & CPU Overclocking question

I recently got a amd fx 8320 and a r7 250 and im wondering can i overclock and how many fps can i get on arma 2 and arma 3

then i have no idea if you can overclock or not. its pretty easy to take the side panel of a pc off. you could of looked instead of answering "i dont know"
