GPU crashed help pls

My GPU Crashed and is now showing display artifacts. Windows will not start. I admit, i was setting a limit on it and it probably over heated. If it did, is it dead? I don't see any blown capacitors on it. I submitted a ticked to support and am trying both options.

My GPU overheated im pretty sure. I was playing a game and I had the fan set to pretty low, and i get crashed, I restart and see screen artifacts. Other GPU's work in that slot. I let the card cool down, and then it worked for about 3 hours before crashing again. It is not the PSU's fault. Is there any way to fix this? No capacitors seem to be broken.
