Question GPU crashing while loading drivers

PC specs
GPU- Msi RTX 2080 Gaming X trio
Mobo- 310H m.2 2.0
CPU-i7 8700
Psu- Cooler master v2 750 watt

I clean Installed windows 10 and installed latest gpu drivers it was running fine after like 20 mins screen started flickering and resolution got down like very low resolution and nvidia control panel was gone too. Yellow triangle in display adaptors and pcie

I tried every possible fix like uninstall drivers with ddu and reinstall.
Bios update
Installing motherboard drivers
Checked every cable connections
Flashed vbios .
The thing is monitor getting display through the GPU but like really low resolution and no nvidia control panel it means no GPU detection.
