This is my last resort currently
I have had an Alienware 13 for two days already, so at first the discrete graphics on the computer and the one that was exterior worked fine (used newest drivers)
Then the computer was unable to detect the graphics cards, i could only use the one that was onboard Couldn't see anything in the Device Manager nor GPU-Z

Yesterday I used systen restore to a point where it worked, now it stopped working again

Ok now i found my cards both hidden in the Device Manager
Hardware seems ok
But there are Driver Problems for PCIE express root port #5 and PCI data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller
When i used windows troubleshoot it seemed to fix the gpu recognition , but it says the driver problems were not solved

Computer fixed already but I'm worried, now I know its a driver problem
The gpu recognition is fixed already,

Driver Management concluded the process to install driver NULL Driver for Device Instance ID PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9C24&SUBSYS_06831028&REV_04\3&11583659&0&FE with the following status: 0xE0000203.
It says the driver is already installed for the PCI data thingy but it when i click driver details it says a driver is not installed

If you are having these kinds of problems with a 2 day old Alienware, immediately contact Alienware support or take it back to where you bought it. Alienware support is quite good (usually) and can help you get this fixed. The exterior graphics system is a relatively new design, they should be able to help.
