GPU disabled i need help?!

I disabled my gpu by mistake now whenever i try to get on it the screen wont work and i get a error message i heard you need to reset your bios and cmo battery or something but i don't want to risk messing up my computer can a factory reset work any advice would be helpful! i also cant access my mother board settings every time i try it makes a weird beeping sound

remove your cmos battery, wait for sometime and put it back. There will be no impact to your system and that is the factory reset
