Hi,
My new Gigabyte 4070 Ti Windforce OC does not respond to the custom fan curve I have set (or seemingly any fan curve). When I got the GPU, I noticed it got hot, but the fans didn't seem to be working that hard. Without using Afterburner, the fans stay at either 30% or 32% (I forgot) no matter the temps, and a custom fan curve through Afterburner is no help either. The only way I can change the fan speed is by using the manual fan speed control on Afterburner (slidey scale in the bottom right of Afterburner). Does anyone know why this would be or how to fix it? Maybe a BIOS thing or a faulty temp sensor on GPU (was BNIB though). This isn't my first computer and I would consider myself pretty familiar with Afterburner. I have used it to both OC and successfully used a custom fan curve on my last GPU.
Thank you!
