GPU doesnt fully insert into motherboard

Cant fully insert strix1080 into z370e? Ive tried applying full force but its just doesnt work. Any suggestions please? My case is the phanteks evolvx.

Check that part close to metal bracket and MB, looks like it's touching a chip. Other possible cause, too short MB spacers or just distorted case or backplate.
