I own a Sapphire R9 Nitro Fury 1020Mhz (11247-04-40G). When i launch a game shortly after starting my PC i noticed that after about 10 mintues it goes from a max 1020 to around 700-900 Mhz. I tried everything i thought of. My temps reach a max of 72C. I even turned on manual fan target and tried games at 53C and my card still stays running at lower speeds. Even running V-sync, and framerate limits it had 1020Mhz but then started to downclock. But when i take V-sync off after it then jumps up and stays at 1020 Mhz. But i know V-sync is not the problem because with V-sync off and with/without fullscreen and different resolutions the card will down clock after around 10 minutes. I even undervolted my GPU and still the same issue. I tried multiple drivers and same thing. Could this just be a Adrenalin series issue that has not been detected? or could it be another problem? If anyone can help me id be greatly appreciated!
