Gpu driver crashing on gaming or benchmark test. Software or hardware ?

Hi all. First my specs windows 7 ultimate 64 bit z87x d3h, 4770k oc 4.5 ghz with evo 212 ram hyperx beast cl11 2400, psu corsair cx750m 80+ gold. So my problem is i upgrade my gpu from 1070 ti to 1080 ti. I did a clean instal of newest drivers and its crashing in games with driver stopped working and recovered no metter temp 65 67 when i try heaven 4.0 benchmarks its crash on 70 temp. It possible this crash about my old win 7 and win 10 solved the issue ? When i was on 1070 ti theres is no problems on benchamarks or gaming. I test this 1080 ti rog strix card on anather high end pc with win 10 pro and its all good so not a card problem.

I forgot to say my bios is f5 but in support list its says my motherboard z87x d3h supports 1080 ti, so can it by about os windows 7?

Can it be my psu corsair cx750m not enough for this card ? Becouse when im on heaven benchmark test its crash when gpu loads 100% and doesnt metter how much temps are 65 or 70.. help to find a solution...
