Hello, Recently my Geforce 8500 gt died the monitor went black in the middle of a game, i swapped to a different monitor it still wouldnt turn on so i found a old video card from a very old junk pc i have, I typed in what it said on the stick and it came up as a Nvidia Geforce 6150SE nForce 430. My monitor turned on after this so im thinking my 8500 is dead.

I've searched toms hardware, google and a few other sites and cannot find a working driver. I've tried a few auto detection programs like driver agent and others but none of them can recognize what card i have. I also find it strange that in my device manager Display Adapters does not show up. I know im not using integrated graphics because i don't have any.

If anyone can help me solve this it would be greatly appreciated. I'm using windows xp 32 bit

Solution
then use this with the plug in it should detect the missing driver use the translator to get the english page http://www.touslesdrivers.com/

Windows XP is so old that most of the devs doesn't support it anymore, I suggest you upgrade to either Windows 7 or 8.

I don't have the funds to buy windows 7, is there any other solutions you can think of?

I downloaded that driver, installed it restarted my pc and ran it. I'm getting a message saying that it cannot detect my video card.

You don't have funds to buy Windows 7? Torrents is your friend.
