GPU driver is not installed and pc doesnt start in normal mode

Hello,
Yesterday i was playing a game on my pc and suddenly, after playing the game for three or five minutes this happened http://i.stack.imgur.com/Op2se.jpg, i havent taken this photo but it looks like what happened to my case. I restarted my pc, restarted the game and the same happened after 2 min. Then i decided to open my pc case, pull off my gpu clean it from a lot of dust and then place it back again. I booted up my pc again and nothing was displayed. So i pulled off again the gpu and placed it back but the same thing happened. So i decided to place my gpu in the other slot and it worked. It started instaling my gpu and when finished i was requested to restart the computer so i did. But when restarting, it stacked on the animation saying starting windows so restarted it again and i stacked in a black screen after the animation(starting windows).
Then i decided to place my gpu in the other slot, that it was initially placed but the same happened. Now i am running my pc in the safe mode with access to the internet, and when i try to open amd settings i get an error(no amd graphics driver is installed or the amd driver is not functioning properly.). Moreover the displayed resolution is very low.

Can you not uninstall the GPU drivers through device manager/control panel in safe mode and then see if you can boot?

I go to amd installer and it doesnt let me uninstall, i get an error.

If you search for Device Manager -> Display Adapters what do you see? if you see your GPU in there then right click and click uninstall.

Omg, i booted it and now i am in normal, the instalation of the driver is finished but i need to reboot. Also i got this error http://prntscr.com/d82cxv.

I would say attempt to uninstall the drivers through device manager and then do a clean install of them in order to eliminate any possibility of driver corruption, also what GPU do you have?

Well, i went to device manager found my AMD 7800 hd gpu, i did left-click on it and uninstalled. I rebooted and now i am in normal. What should i do now? Should i reboot first as the windows message said after installing the driver? And what do you mean "install them"?

Is windows installing the drivers automatically? That could be your issue. Try downloading the drivers from here:
http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows%207%20-%2064 /// and see if the fresh install of up-to-date drivers fixes it.

When windows start, the instalation of the new driver starts automatically as would happen if i had plugged a new keyboard or mice. After the installation i got this error you saw in the screenshot and i am requested to restart the pc. I have already tried to install the driver from amd but the installation canot be completed as i get an error. I restarted my pc and then i got the same problem as before(windows cannot boot up). But now, after all this i can not even see a thng, nothing is displayed from the first sec i press the button to boot up the pc(i guess thats the definetely because of the gpu, maybe is not plugged corectly or i dont know).
