So my PC would normally work fine, but where I live there are few power cut offs here and there.
After any time my PC would turn off without a shutdown, the AMD driver instantly keep crashing and nothing fixes it other than a ddu uninstall.

Is that normal or is there a bigger underlying issue?

Specs:
Intel i7-8700
8x2 DDR4
Sapphire RX 580 8GB
CoolerMaster MWE500 white
Gigabyte b360M d3h
Windows 10 Enterprise

You forgot to mention the processor used as well as the ram kit in your build. How old is the PSU in your build? As for your power, you're supposed to work with a reliably built 650W unit.

RX 580 8GB

you need at least 550W of power for the entire system when you drop in an RX580...if it's the Devil series of cards or any of the aftermarket overclocked cards, then you add more to the wattage amount for headroom/stability.

Might want to try and source a donor PSU, that's reliably built and with 650W of power at your system's disposal, sourced from a friend or neighbor to rule out your PSU being the culprit.

OS version(not edition) if on Windows 10?

Thanks for the reply, I updated the info.

The PSU is around 4 years old, I was suspecting it might be the culprit too.

I had this problem on every windows update/version for pretty long time.
