Recently, my EVGA GTX 1080 TI has been having issues running games. Somehow, I haven't been able to run games such as Overwatch, For Honor, or PlayerUnknown's BattleGrounds at my typical settings. I don't know how to fix the issue of it reaching 100%. Games like this typically don't run my GPU up to 100% and I don't know what is causing this crash when it hits 100%.
Specs:
EVGA GTX 1080 TI
EVGA 850w G2 Supernova
Intel-i7-4790S
MSI Gaming 7 z97
32 GB DDR3 RAM Ripjaws

I just want to question how that would affect my GPU, if reinstalling the drivers didn't work why would reinstalling windows work? Could it reset the files and remove any programs that are causing errors within the drivers?

Problem is I got so much stuff installed on here that reinstalling would take forever. I'm down to try it if it'll work though.

Nope, RMAed it, came back still having issues, borrowed a 1080 from someone, worked fine, RMAed it again and they are doing an extensive check, probably just a bad card.
