Hey , it's been a day I've been experiencing these kind of stuff 🙁
Hope someone tells me that the GPU is dying so i can be sure

It looks like yes, your GPU may have problem. If your PC has the onboard iGPU, or you have an extra GPU, try it. And you will know.

i've seen ram sometimes cause weird lines? id pull the cards one at a time to make sure its not that, but that's likely a cooked gpu
