GPU Emergency Please Help

So I launch rocket league and I notice that my temps went to 70c. I exit and I check msi after burner. My gpu fans stop running. I've tried restarting computer and doesn't work. My gpu works, but fans don't. I've smelled my gpu and no funny or fried smell. Please help.
I have an Asus Strix R7 370.

Asus is good with warranties. Contact them on their website and explain the issue, and they should guide you through the warranty process.

Okay thank you for the help. I will try my pc again tomorrow, and if it doesn't work I'll try to return it.

Wait a second, you said your temps rose to 70C, you close the game, and then you looked and the fans weren't spinning. Well of course they weren't, because you were checking the speed after you closed the game.

No I had the MSI AfterBurner App on a tablet open. As of this morning, the fans are still not spinning. I'm thinking the fan may be unplugged somehow or the fan motor is shot. Should I contact newegg or asus? But asus is in Taiwan...
Using my pc now and gpu went up to 60celsius while using google chrome. Not sure whats going on. Nvm my case fans werent on.
