Card: MSI R9 390X Gaming 8GB
Core: 1080MHZ
Memory: 1500MHZ

Fixed this card from heavy artifact and crashing even in desktop at low temps 2 months ago, now it's coming back. I fixed it by replacing all the thermal pads and thermal paste. All the Vram/Core was only half covered from factory, so I made sure all the new pads fit right.

I suspect memory errors maybe from previous damage, so I ran memtestCL. (The newest version on github which fixed the random block error problem) I ran this about 10 times with memory set at 3000MB since this tool won't take 4000MB. Everytime the temp goes past 57c, errors start to appear.

Results came back:
Moving inversions (ones and zeros): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Memtest86 walking 8-bit: 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
True walking zeros (8-bit): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
True walking ones (8-bit): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Moving inversions (random): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
True walking zeros (32-bit): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
True walking ones (32-bit): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Random blocks: 64 failed iterations
(555 total incorrect bits)
Memtest86 Modulo-20: 15 failed iterations
(98 total incorrect bits)
Integer logic: 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Integer logic (4 loops): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Integer logic (local memory): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Integer logic (4 loops, local memory): 0 failed iterations
(0 total incorrect bits)
Final error count: 64 test iterations with at least one error; 653 errors total

I googled but I can't seem to find what the errors in this means. Especially random block, and Memtest86 Modulo-20.

Does this mean this card is toast?...
